Manual Requests

ManualStores provides access to a library of more than 450,000 appliance and product manuals.

Before submitting a manual request, search the library using the product's brand name, model number, or product type. ManualStores will display the closest available matches.

If the manual you need is not available in the database, submit a request and select Manual Requests. ManualStores states that its team will do its best to locate and add a missing manual.

For a Manual Request, provide the Brand Name and Model Number. These fields are required so the request can identify the product you are looking for. You may also upload photos when they are helpful.

The Help Center request form also requires your email address, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card connected to your account, and a description of your request.

Do not provide your full card number, CVV or security code, PIN, or password.

ManualStores covers products including kitchen appliances, home electronics, cleaning equipment, heating and cooling systems, and other supported products in its library.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a particular manual is available. ManualStores states that its team will do its best to locate and add a missing manual.
