Cancel Subscription

ManualStores states that you can cancel your subscription through your account settings.

Sign in to your ManualStores account using your email address and password. Open your account settings and use the cancellation button provided there. The ManualStores FAQ states that the cancellation can be completed immediately through this option.

If you cannot complete the cancellation through your account, use Submit a Request and select Cancel Subscription.

The Help Center request form requires your email address, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card connected to your account, and a description. Use the description to explain that you need help cancelling your subscription.

Never submit your full card number, CVV or security code, PIN, or account password.

If you are unable to sign in because you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? option on the ManualStores login page. Enter your email address and request a password-reset link.
