Account & Password Help

ManualStores accounts use an email address and password for sign-in.

If you know your password, open the ManualStores login page and enter your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot your password? on the login page. Enter your email address and select Send Reset Link. ManualStores states that a password-reset link will then be sent to the email address you provided.

Users who do not yet have an account can use the sign-up option available from the login page.

Manual Stores Club accounts can be used to store and organize manuals. The site also states that Club users can upload and organize their personal manuals.

If you still need help with your account or password, use Submit a Request and select Account & Password Help.

The Help Center request form requires your email address, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card connected to your account, and a description of the problem.

Never submit your password, full card number, CVV or security code, or PIN.
